Thomas is a planner with a diverse background in both the public and private sectors where he has worked on a variety of current and long-range planning projects for municipal, county and tribal clients. Thomas has experience in the development of municipal ordinances and zoning codes, redevelopment initiatives, comprehensive and general plans, economic development projects, master development and site plans, and entitlements and special exceptions for a variety of development projects. He is a graduate of the State University of New York-Buffalo State and the University of Arizona. Thomas adds value to projects through his skills in technical writing, research and analysis, geographic information systems, graphic design and public engagement in order to achieve our client’s goals while simultaneously striving to better our communities.
